PayPal:
We have consciously decided not to offer PayPal as a payment method anymore. There are two main reasons for this:
PayPal often does not provide reliable or quick support for merchants. This can cause significant delays and issues when clarifying concerns, jeopardizing a smooth process.
The fees that PayPal charges for each transaction are comparatively high compared to other payment methods. These costs would negatively impact our pricing and ultimately our customers.
Our goal is to offer you secure, reliable, and fair payment options that are optimal for both us as merchants and you as customers. For these reasons, we have chosen not to include PayPal in our payment portfolio.
Public Institutions:
We can grant public institutions, authorities, universities, etc. the option to purchase on account.
For the first order, please select Advance Payment and enter “Purchase on account” in the “Notes” field.
After successful verification, the payment method will be changed to account purchase. Future orders will then automatically be on account.
