1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of the Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with elektro-skateboard.de.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.
The point in time at which the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen:
Instalment Purchase
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.
Advance Payment
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email within two days, in which we provide you with our bank details.
Apple Pay
During the order process, you will be redirected to the Apple website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to Apple. After placing your order in the shop, we request Apple to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.
Google Pay
During the order process, you will be redirected to the Google website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to Google. After placing your order in the shop, we request Google to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.
Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of your bank, where you confirm the payment instruction to your bank. The contract with us is concluded upon completion of this process.
Paydirekt
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt, where you confirm the payment instruction to paydirekt. After placing the order, we request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.
Cash Payment upon Collection
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email within two days.

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Advance Payment
When selecting the Advance Payment option, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email, and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated Google Pay, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated Apple Pay, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of your bank. To pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information is provided during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately thereafter and your account will be debited.
Paydirekt
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt. In order to pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have an online banking account enabled for paydirekt, be registered there (or register first), authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Immediately after the order, we request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction, which is then automatically carried out by paydirekt. Further information is provided during the order process.
Instalment Purchase
In cooperation with the online service provider easyCredit, we offer you the option of purchasing in instalments. A successful address and credit check is required. For payment processing, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of easyCredit apply – in addition to our Terms and Conditions. Cash Payment upon Collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash when picking up the goods.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment is made in full.
7. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
For used goods, the following applies: if the defect appears after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and shortened time limits do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
• in the event of injury to life, body, or health
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraudulent intent
• in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
• within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

9. Liability
We shall always be liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
• in the event of injury to life, body, or health
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• under guarantee promises, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, the liability shall be limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract, which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which you can find here . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
